From the Terroir
Signature coffee is grown at elevations of approximately 3,280–3,610 feet, primarily around Ganjaiguda village in Araku Valley. The coffee plots are shaded by silver oak and a variety of fruit and forest trees, while the dark, rocky soils help shape the coffee’s unique character.
Farmer Story
The Signature terroir includes farmers such as Boyi Radha and Simhadri, whose family cultivates coffee alongside pepper, paddy, turmeric and millets.
Their farm reflects the diverse regenerative agricultural system found throughout the Araku Valley, where coffee remains an important source of household income and long-term livelihood.
